Yeah i heard this the other day and was going to post something. What a huge relief. They even lost a couple of players over this shit already, so its good that it has been ruled on differently for now. Whew.

I wish Khem Birch hadnt declared for the draft, and i bet he feels the same way now. Shame he left and didnt get drafted. I'm sure he will play somewhere, but his agent gave him some bad advice.
