.Don't get me wrong even if we aren't talking Eli and Romo. Passer rating may be good for a single season comparison and even thats iffy. But as far as career. Theres too many variables. A player who plays a longer career is more likely lower passer rating than a guy who played a shorter career. offensive systems,rule changes, personnel play....All play a factor in PR. I get some people enjoy passer rating but there are just too many variables. Passer rating may be the most over inflated stat in football imo. I prefer the big pictureYou must think Romo played behind Martin, Smith and Frederick his whole career.
