I know GoBigred answered you. Gerry was the final compensatory pick in the 5th round, and it took awhile for the NFL Draft to post it on the internet. The talking head for the NFL netowrk announced his name a Jeerie (rhymes with teary, as in teary-eyed) not as Gerry that rhymes with Gary.

But after watching that draft I now know the Eagles Fight Song

"Fly Eagles Fly, on the road to victory"

They just loaded up with pass catching talent with O.J. Howard, Godwin, and signed Desean Jackson. Add in Mike Evans and Cameron Brate... YIKES

What sucks for FA's is with the new CBA they get half of the reps they used to be able to get with OTA's set up the way they are now. They might get two full days of install with the 1's/2's if they're lucky.

I like this, AA been battling the injury bug and splitting carries so he's never had much shot to get into character, weave had a bad streak at RB since Jahvid Best flamed out. If I was a FF player I would think about picking him up
