Michigan fans are perfectly happy with the direction of the team and think they are on schedule. They still believe that Harbaugh will finally figure out how to coach up a quarterback after 3 years of failing to do so.

I've maintained I was perfectly fine with the development of Speight and Rudock. But he's got to figure out one of these young guys. Speight lead us to a 10 win season and was a questionable call away from beating both OSU and MSU in the same year and winning the division. Literally inches away.

That was because of your defense that Harbaugh inherited, nothing to do with the actual offense. Speight cost you that game against Ohio State more than he help win it.

He had a couple INT's but he was also 23/36 (63% passing) for 219 yards and two TD's; against a really good OSU team in Columbus. JT Barrett was 15/32 for 124 yards and 1 INT with no TD's.
