pretty sure rowan and o'brein neither look as they was on the dodgers 40 man . rowen is va. tech guy is a
darren o'day type of pitcher . dodgers are on the hook for the 2.6 million webb contract . seems to me just a way to clear a spot on the 40 man and save money. we still need to trade a bp arm that has no options .

I agree, which is why I think that the O's threw in that competitive balance pick as well. I'm just wondering now how long it'll be before we hear any news about a Matusz trade.

we have to do something with that pen . i'm pretty sure the only one that has options is gausman . that is pretty ugly because the way if the pen gets over used the shuttle to the tides want work . it's funny not long ago alot thought that matusz was better than britton .

the dodgers optioned webb to their aaa team and if he says no they will pay him the over 2 million . so is the 74 th draft pick really worth over 2 million dollars ?

Dodgers just bought a draft pick. That's all they were planning on doing. Wont they be on the hook for his 4 million for next year? May be paying 6 million for a draft pick.
