Hacksaw Ridge - Very good but a little hyped up
The Wall - Much better than I thought it would be.

Set in the 1400's it's about the Great Wall of China and the idea is that it was built to keep out a horde of lizard monsters. It is silly but the battle scenes and special effect are actually quite good.

Sure, I can agree with that. I have never seen The Kings Speech, but I typically pick my favorite of the bunch then what I think will win as well.

I just watched one of my all time favorites from the 80s "The Lost Boys." That movie never gets old for me. I was 14 back when this film was made in '87. Back then my parents really didn't monitor the shit my brother and I watched on TV. We had the big ugly dish that we could watch anything and didn't get charged like people do today. Anyway, glad Netflix has it on again. Love the soundtrack as well.

I watched a movie yesterday called the Experiment with Adrian Brody and Forest Whitaker, I like both of these guys and the movie was decent for a while but the ending was pretty dumb I thought...

Just watched Den of Thieves. It wasn't bad but there was a lot of stuff that could've been cut out (it didn't need a 2+ hour run time) and the ending I thought was predictable early on in the movie. 2.5 out of 5 stars
