The last article I read said they will be breaking ground in January. Looks like a ton of infrastructure work to be done as well, highways and possible monorail system.

Where they plan to build, parking will be extremely limited, monorail to the casinos will be a must.

They are actually plann8ng some parking across the highway and make the b4idge over russell road more pedestrian friendly. Having tlan additional two traffic lanes added for two way foot traffic only.

Not sure if I'd like that. I know it's Vegas but the winds blowing makes our 40 degree weather freezing for me.
If I'm the Hotels/Casinos I'm building that tram. Getting us to stayca night there vs driving home drunk should pay for it.

I've said this before, but I think the land between the southern outlet mall and 15 is a better area. More land and they can build off of B. Diamond snd 15 for access points.

I don't think parking is going to be a problem despite what the media proclaims. Building a multi-level parking garage is one of easiest types of buildings to develop, especially in a town like Vegas that has hundreds of them. Parking garages are cheap to build and can be built very fast. If I owned the land across the street, I'd tear down one of those warehouses and build a parking garage and rent it out to the raiders and to the stadium authority for other events.

Raider themselves are against the parking garage. Cant properly tailgate in a garage. That was one of Mark Davis' few concrete requests.
