After two games that should have been wins against less than good teams, the Cougars will need this weeks game to get into a groove. They've had some issues getting their offense to have consistency, and will need to show that the offense can be a consistent weapon these next two games, Halliday has been downright bad at times the first two games, and if the Cougars are gonna be competitive this season at all he's gonna have to be better.
The defense has been a surprising bright spot thus far, and let's hope that holds up this week while everyone stays healthy.
Southern Utah is 2-0, but this is their first FBS team this season. They are the caliber of Eastern Washington, who beat Oregon State the first week of the season, but if anything has been proven this season is that FCS schools aren't always a win for the FBS anymore.
I do expect a win for the Cougars this week.
