SOTG: Reds versus Mets Game#1

After kicking the TV out yesterday for giving away a game, the blood pressure has finally settled down. Today, we get Marcum. Has pitched fairly well in the past against the Reds but is winless on the season. Dusty is about to sit Votto so I will go with Bruce to stay hot.

I shut it off after the first home run and came back 5 minutes to realize that I had gotten lucky. Anyhow, today is a new day. St. Lousy isn't going to lose another 5 games all year.

Gotta believe Jay Bruce was the SOTG today. 2-4 2RBI's and 1 HR. Quickly adding to my totals.

saw the game up close and personal like. the star of the game was, without a doubt, brandon phillips. 2 outstanding defensive plays that probably saved at least one run. the one in centerfield; i'm not sure anybody, in the league, other than bp can make that play. plus, he had 2 rbi's.
