The Rays have said they will have a "significant baseball related announcement" today at 4:15 and it is NOT the signing of Grant Balfour. This could be anything guys. Owner, President, and Joe Maddon will be there. My guess is stadium related since Freidman is not there so that pretty much rules out extensions in my mind.
