LOL. Maybe so. I read into the story and it said that he was trying to make arrangements to stay for his senior year before he headed to Eugene in January. Sounds like, for now, he is still pretty committed to the Ducks.

Texas flirted with him briefly. He attended a camp down here. QB class in Texas is considered down for next year. He will definitely garner some interest if he puts up numbers. OU, A&M, and TExas are in dire need at QB for the 2016 class. Not to mention lot more eyes and recruiters in Texas than Minnesota, so its likely Oregon will have to basically re-recruit this kid over the next year to hold on.

A&M needs multiple QBs. Kind of surprised they did not take 2 in 2015. There is only 1 scholarship QB on campus right now. Figure Murray is coming, but he is already projected as a second round pick in baseball. It is a pretty scary depth chart currently

Why is A&M in dire need of a QB next year? Granted, you can't have too many, but we have two young QB's on the roster right now.

I'd say A&M has a need and would like to gather all the top QB's we can, but not sure I'd put us in the "dire" category.
