Second worst game of the season

Okay, it's the second of a back-to-back and Calgary didn't play the night before, BUT...

Hawks lose in OT 3-2. Seemed like the Hawks were skating in cement all night. Goalie for the Flames making his NHL debut and although the Hawks had a ton of shots on net, there were no rebound attempts and no redirects and hardly any net front presence. Basically one and done with over 40 shots on goal.

Kane with another pathetic defensive performance. I have no idea what he's doing in the OT goal. He's wandering around with no pressure on any Flames player, then nonchalantly meanders over to the goal scorer with no urgency.

Kaner did have a goal and an assist on the two Hawk goals, but he has to get his defensive head back into the game.

Two Flames goals off the iron and in, including the game winner.

Hawks just looked totally out of sync in this one. Lucky to get a point with a late 5 on 3 power play and Hossa scoring with about five minutes left.

Q will not be happy with this one.

And as usual, as it is every single night, all the other Central Division teams win. Seems like every single night it's that way. Toughest division in the league.
