Good scoreboard stumper at the ballpark last night.

Four players with their last name beginning with the letter "M" have hit 25 or more home runs in a season while playing for the Reds. Who are they?

Obviously not McCormick, who hit 14 in his career.

Devin Mesoraco

Mesoraco would fall into the category of how quickly people forget. He seems to be the last name people come up with.

Think about their questions -- all of them are pertinent to someone who is in the game or on the bench. That should have been obvious but it wasn't. Too close to the forest.

I have a better/ harder one they will never put on the scoreboard:

Name the last Reds homegrown (originally drafted or signed by the Reds first) outfielder to have back to back seasons of both 500 At Bats and hit at least .260.

Take your time.

A hint:

It's a tie- two players did it the same year...the last time it happened.

I would guess it's Eric Davis and Paul O'Neill.

Eric Davis is the man.
Though for PA, and not AB.

I misread the question like 3 times...I know it's the most obvious answer but was it Pete in the early 70's?

Not sure why the .260 cutoff is included other than to winnow out a number of players like Bruce.
