So Hertl shouldn't be injured and out because the call was bullshit?

No Hertl wouldn't be out if he hadn't run into Brown. Brown actually tried to avoid the contact. I didn't mind the kneeing penalty but I thought making it a major and the game misconduct was a bit much. It was more of interference than kneeing but since Hertl was injured I can see the refs calling it like they did. Don't necessarily agree with it but it is what it is and in the end the Kings got the 2 points.

Update: San Jose Sharks forward Tomas Hertl will undergo right knee surgery next week, sidelining the rookie star for more than a month.
