Good move. I'd prefer Elias to take Felix's spot in the rotation honestly, at least for a start or two. I say that knowing there's no way in hell that will happen.

He'll get DLed soon. He isn't going to survive June and July with all the games the Mariners will be playing against teams with a dominate offense.

But I don't know who will replace him. Not Elias. We can't (or shouldn't) have four lefties in the rotation. Maybe Christian Bergman. I think Bergman would benefit from being around Wade LeBlanc. LeBlanc has learned how to be effective with below average stuff.

I think it's funny how the Mariners keep promoting "Kings Court" tickets for $30 w/ a tshirt to each game... They're going to milk that promo as long as they can even though he's only averaging 4.5 k's per game... It was a phenom promo back in the day but it's kind of embarrassing now, no?

Must be because it’s a weekend game. They were only $20 his last start which was Tuesday I think. Regardless weekend pricing is dumb

It's a done deal. There are still those "hanger-on-ers" that think Felix will make a comeback. Ain't gonna happen. It's clear that the Maple section with the eagle and the "eh" signs is the "new" king's court. Yep, it's embarrassing but typical of this organization trying to hang on to ANYTHING that brings the bucks in. It's past the time to let go and move on. The thrill is gone. Can't wait to get the Paxton/Eagle bobblehead.
