Such a shame, but dude's got to go now. I have full faith the Niners will actually release him in due time, but from a strategic standpoint it doesn't make sense to release him right now with the draft right around the corner. If they're intending to take a linebacker, they might not anyone to try to jump in front of them. I could see them releasing him immediately after the draft. At least that's the hope.

If he was a FA he would not be signed and Kaep sucks as a QB so that is the biggest part of his issue and second biggest may be his girlfriends big mouth because he might have already been signed if not for her.
