But regardless, let's play Odor every single play from here on in. I think there's a better than avg chance he hits below .200 for the season. Now that's depressing.

I don't know who stinks more.... Barnette or odor.

I'd honestly like to see both of them jettisoned somehow

This team has a lot of work to do as it has slowly faded from dominance over the past 6 seasons. It is to a point of mediocrity at best now. It will take more than one offseason to fix what ails them. That doesn't mean we can sit out this offseason though. Grab Otani if you can and make a run at Darvish. Be willing to trade some veterans. Meanwhile, go out and sign some guys to one year deals and then flip them at the deadline next year. If Beltre doesn't want to be a part of a club that is going to finish not much better than .500 or maybe even slightly below .500 next season then trade him as well.

Before we give up on every guy in the pen who pitched poorly this year remember that those guy's performances are often year-to-year. They each could have very good seasons next year. If you go out and get guys who had good seasons this year it wouldn't be surprising to see them slip next year.

Put yourself in the owners seat. How do you see the job turned in by JD,Mgrs and Coaches?

Honest answer:

If Banister, Brocail, and Iapoce were all let go, I don't know if I could reasonably argue that it was a mistake.

The whole year was disappointing aside from being there for Beltre's 3K hit, but the way this team has shit the bed down the stretch makes me want to vomit! Not even the slightest bit competitive, Fuck the A's have been a better team than us
Thank God for the Stars. I need something to get this bad taste of a Ranger last weeks of a season out of system.

I wouldn't fire the GM or the Manager, but I would have an organizational meeting with them and let them know that we need to rethink things and quit concentrating on making the playoffs. We need to concentrate on a plan that eventually makes the team the best team in baseball and if that requires not making the postseason for the next year or two then so be it. The goal needs to be a WS team and not a team that is just good enough to win a play-in game birth. We need to build towards something and not just keep spinning our wheels. Even if we are within a game or two of a wildcard spot next deadline we are not to work the deadline deals like we are trying to go for it.

I would definitely consider moving on from Brocail and maybe Iapoce.

Cowboys are pretty decent.

Basketball starts soon.

Go Spurs go.

Too bad GSW will probably dominate again

You got the Cowboys to look forward to! Every local team is closer to to the playoffs than the Rangers. What a drag. Least it shouldn't be a long off season like last year seemed.

I saw the "Boys" first game and most since then except time in the war. You can bet I'll be watching this year too.

I agree but would like someone to help Banister with bull pen decisions.
