Short term problem perhaps.........Gallo is not a left-fielder, and we/us know it.....Short term fix........However, it wouldn't surprise me to see the Rangers give Joey a real shot at 3rd in the near future.....Thus, LF is open to whomever wants to 'assume-the-position'

Just don't see Joey at 3B until Beltre gone. Defensively Guzman is an upgrade.

We are going to add DDJ and Odor soon so what happens then? 2 guys have to go down and one stays to be backup CF. they already picked up the Seattle discard. Rua goes down before him. I think Tocci is gone too and at some point you have to deal with Calhoun. A lot to consider

Question - Is Calhoun bat that much better than Guzman bat and outstanding defense?

If not then he has to beat out Choo who despite batting horribly lately score four times at lead off.

Agree totally on Guzman, and I didn't make my thoughts known - exactly anyway - regarding 3rd.

I'm thinking the Rangers will try to move AB much sooner than later. Am I one-of-one?
