Assets: Has good instincts from the back end and plenty of mobility, plus solid offensive ability and a good point shot. Is an asset on the power play.

Flaws: Lacks ideal size for the blueline position at the NHL level. Needs to add bulk to be able to better defend against bigger forwards. Isn't a physical player.

Career Potential: Offensive defenseman with good upside.

Right handed defensemen with offensive upside, sure would help. Off to a slow start, but a ton of potential.

He's a good young dman, not sure why the Avs would want to trade him. BTW, size is overrated for dmen, I would look more into skating ability, and he's a heck of a skater.
