We are stuck with Jaylon this year.I think the defense improves. If Jaylon continues to struggle I am hoping he gets benched. I like Osa to replace Woods, whom IMO was not great at stopping the run or rushing the passer. Joseph is a better player than Awuzie IMO. Neal and Kazee are better safeties than Thompson and Wood. Lots of competition on defense

the last 20 or so years will do thatI'm restraining my excitement this year.
A couple trips to Pizza hut is all that is needed to get him up to 335 pounds. Aso I predict will also be good at 1 tech. Letting Woods go was a wise idea. He should have been a backup. He may be the biggest by week 1 but wasn't he only like 330lbs at his Pro day?
I have to say I'm pretty excited to see if this kid can do the job. Just clog the middle, take up blockers and free up other guys. If he can do it, I suspect we will see Jaylon and LVE play much better than they did last year...
I had a late 1st, high 2nd round grade on Cox. Really shocked he lasted until the 4th round. He is the type of defender I clamor for every draft and we pass. I had the same type of grade on Antoine Winfield last year and the Honey Badger several years ago. Somebody that has the instincts to make plays on the ball and forced turnovers in collegeMSN

This one is about Cox, but also goes a bit into one Jaylon Smith & disturbingly two how horrible our DC was last year & seemingly refuse to fix an obvious flaw in our defense.
I will say - I'm interested how he responds to a offseason unimpeded by non-football issues.MSN

Quinn plans on rectifying his lack of playing 2021.
He also thinks Gregory will really take off this year!
Parsons and Neal know how to avoid getting washed out of running plays. Parsons may be better than advertised. very impressed with him. He can be a top 5 linebacker in the NFL by next season IMO. We have not had a linebacker like him in decadestell ya what...that T/O play Keanu Neal made has seldom been seen in these parts for a very long time
Keanu & Parsons look to me like LB snap leaders starting the season.
