This reminds me of the 1998 Survivor Series with the Rock winning as a dark horse.

Have to disagree with the idea that Rock was a dark horse. The Rock was the obvious choice to win in 98. SCSA won the belt at WM earlier in the year and wasn't getting a 2nd title reign that soon. Rock was a force of nature. His charisma and talent transcended wrestling. He was the next guy. The swerve was his heel turn

Also I think the most probable scenarios are..

40 percent chance Reigns wins as a hero and leaves champ

10 percent chance Reigns turns heel and leaves champ

10 percent chance Amrbose turns heel and leaves champ

20 percent chance Sheamus cash in

20 percent other

Going with Other and using an idea I saw on Twitter that is just brilliant: Your new WWE Champion, The New Day

The idea is the New Day enter the tournament as a group with each man wrestling one leg of the tournament so each guy is fresh for that round. So, you'd do something like Xavier wins round 1, Kofi round 2, and Big E takes home the title in the final round. Break out the trombone, the party is on!

The talk is that Ambrose is going to be top baby face, so I doubt they will turn him heel, but I do not doubt them using Reigns turning on him to complete the full babyface move. I guess that would be Reigns heel, which he will completely look legitimate if he is screwed again.

I just dont believe they will take it from Reigns again, but this "tournament" should be wrestlers to face the #1 contender, not putting him in with the bunch.

Really think this should be a real survivor series match with last man standing being crowned the champ, the question is will Owens or Del Rio be allowed to hold two belts if its the same 5 that just did the #1 contender deal.

Bottom line, if they are confused, pissed they lost HHH vs Rollins for wrestlemania, I could see Lesnar entered again so HHH would face him at WM32 to get the belt back off him. I was expecting Rollins to drop the belt before wrestlemania, but they need to do something to get those 110 thousand people in the stadium in april.

I cannot see Sheamus holding the belt at all. I expect him to lose his cash in opportunity, they just lost all his opponents he was in grudges with. If he cashes in that means he is not included in the tournament or loses first match.

I also think Wyatt could work, but he would basically have the family as his authority and not sure they will do that and succeed with the ambrose babyface.
