Prediction Friday.......What's next?

I know that the season is over and it's time to move on to other things, but what are those other things? Here's your chance to predict what you believe the next move coming out of Washington headquarters will be.
Forget the negatives or what you hope for....think about it and share with us, from your perspective what's to come next? Here are a few example questions to get you in the right frame of mind:


Will it be the hiring of a new DC?
How about former Eagles VP Tom Gamble joining the club?
Maybe a shakeup in the front offices?
Maybe a couple of retirement announcements (Moss? Clark?)
Maybe more reports of demands for trades?
How about a statement or presser from Dan Snyder?
Maybe a new stadium deal somewhere?

..............OR...............................

Will there be pretty much radio silence until around the time of the draft?

Ther will be no major FO moves. They will add to the scouting dept, but those moves won't make national headlines. The next big move will be the DC hire. But my bet is that will be at least 3-4 weeks away. There will be candidates from playoff teams we will want to talk to. They won't be available until after their season is over. If it happens sooner than that, then it means we probably hired from within.

I don't know.......maybe try actually teaching your young secondary what their responsibilities are on specific defensive play calls? That would be new around here. Or, how about this...when the offense has 3rd and 3 for a 1st, don't play your CBs 10 yards off?

I have to say thank you for putting these together this year. It made it more fun for sure.

So we don't need new ideas, just coaching. I am sure Haslett knows defense but something got lost on the field.

introduce some new schemes , perhaps moving players around to new positions those are new ideas .teaching them to execute is coaching

well i thought what we were talking about was ideas (new ones ) and what coaching is
. sportster didnt give me the impression he understood what i was talking about when i said new ideas


and no , other then the LBS there hasnt been much coaching going on
