The AJ McCarron and Brandon Tate show.
rest Andy rest.

Center position, not quarterback will be what holds the offense back
It looked like the guards were getting beat like drums last night to me. Bodine was working with the second team around him, and our backup guards may be the worst in the NFL (granted I did see him get beat a couple times one on one). The guards remind me of that Gutcheck (yes I know I spelled his name wrong on purpose) we drafted to be our center several years back, who was a human turnstile on that OL. I really hope no one on our offensive line gets hurt this year.
He did McCarron like things. Good poise, meh arm, reasonable short accuracy, meh deep accuracy. Poor mans Andy Dalton essentially. How did AJ do? I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.
I'm guessing based on the score, not very well. Bummer.

I disagree with that. I actually think it is insulting to McCarron to be labeled a poor man Andy Dalton when Dalton is 0-4 in the playoffs and 1 to 6 TD to INT ratio.
Dalton gets to play with starting quality players, when McCarron got that chance last week, he excelled. This week he had to play behind backups and struggled a little bit due to the fact he couldn't even drop back 3 steps before having to avoid the rush. Our backup offensive line is atrocious.
