The most amazing thing is that they are averaging 5.3 runs per game in spite of their low average.
Unless they start hitting for a higher average they will probably score less runs in the near future.
They will see better pitching facing the Braves and the Bucs. No way they can maintain current
scoring habit without improving average. IMO.

at this point in the season, that's not as far down the line as you'd think. also, they're whole identity is taking walks, right? granted, that only moves them up three more spots (from 19 to 16). I feel like they've played shitty teams recently, but I haven't looked at the league as a whole, maybe there's only the top teams and every other team sucks ass, who knows?

Things will improve further as Santana, Altherr, and catchers and become more consistent. Upcoming series with ATL, AZ and PIT will be real tests.
