All the crystal balls are flipping to PSU for Walker. The OSU and VT insiders say they'd be suprised if he didn't sign with PSU. Anything can happen before Wednesday, but as of now, we lead for Walker. Enis is all about his mom wanting him to stay closer to her. Apparently her and Curtis didn't have the most amacable split and its not the fact she doesn't want him going so far to school as it is she wants him closer to her than dad.

Wasn't aware of all the parents stuff with Enis. I thought Curtis was in Arizona too but I guess not. Losing Enis would hurt but we're already deep at WR and have 3 good WR's signed this cycle anyways. That's good to hear about Walker though, he's the most important target left imo, and it's looking pretty good as of now.

If they get Walker and miss on Enis are there some 2nd tier guys to watch out for that may get the green light or would they just stick with 23 or 24 depending on what happens with SAB?

SAB will not be in this class for PSU. He could even "flip" his committment to WVU, but he will 99.9% end up prep or JUCO.

Those Mom/Dad things are funny. I have seen a lot of that over the years with our HS team. A few years ago an area scout talked to Norm Chow a kid we had that played WR/CB. Nick got an offer to go to Hawaii. Mom said no way, she lost to Dad!! After two years Nick transferred to Wisconsin. He declared for the draft following the Orange Bowl. Glad Dad won that one.

We end up on the wrong side of these so many times over the years. Tide turned recently with Miles Sanders mom pretty much telling Pitt to stay the hell away from her kid as they were spewing a bunch of negative recruiting pitches at him LOL. Think mom was big for us getting Micah back as well. That said, justin Fields dad was big in pushing him away from us and towards UGA

Rasheed Walker set to announce at noon, Solomon Enis at 11 (although it may be 11 his local time in AZ). Feel good about Walker, think mom won out with Enis and he'll go to Utah. Walker is the bigger need, was reading an article yesterday that he was in discussion for bump to 5 star after the All star game weeks. Can never have enough good OL.

What if Micah didn't come back? What if Oweh committed to OSU? What if Shorter wasn't rock solid?? Always gonna be what ifs, but we have a top 5 class and the program is ROLLING

Looks like PSU is gonna finish as the composite #5 class. Only behind UGA, OSU, Texas, and USC. Great class put together by the staff.

I'm glad we didn't get Enis. We already signed three WRs this class.

That's a strange way to look at it. If the staff determined that they had a scholarship for him, I'm disappointed that he went elsewhere. We did sign 3 WR but you can never have enough, who knows how these WR we just signed will develop. Enis is a quality player, I wish we could have landed him.

I fully agree. It's not like we would be taking Enis over another player of a different position. To have too many good receivers is a great problem to have. Also competition makes everyone better.
