He never has really, which I don't understand. He almost always comes through when needed, but rarely gets a start unlike Walcott who is the definition of inconsistent. I'm really surprised Giroud hasn't moved on to another team in the EPL, or gone back to France with someone like Marseilles or Lyon.

Giroud reminds me of Dirk Kuyt and even more recently, Eden Dzeko. Players on the cusp of something great.

Kuyt was great, too bad he was stuck at Liverpool. I was glad to see him win the League with Feyenoord last season (at 36 no less), always a quality player.
