5-4 as we hit our bye week is pretty decent...and probably were we should be.....but we also easily could have been 6-3 or even 7-2 in retrospect.

For some reason we've been locked into a Jekyll and Hyde malaise from week to week..

Geno Smith's eight completions were thrown a total of 7 yards downfield. The total throw distance on all of Smith's completions combined was less than half of Josh Cribbs' one pass attempt- a 15-yard throw that resulted in a 25-yard gain to Zach Sudfeld.
cant believe all the dropped passes brees threw today. what a waste. at least the weather was better than the saints game against the giants last year. maybe the jets can use this win to actually win back to back games. because 8-8 wont make the playoffs unless you are the nfc east champs.
