Me... it’s tight though 28-27

I still do have corn in my poop!

Lots of corn, tons of corn, buckets of corn

In a game as close as this is there are just a few things that can decide it.

Both very good offensive lines.
Both very good receivers.
Both very good front sevens.
Both very good RB's.

I believe what wins this for me is my QB and my secondary...

I think the teams are great, but they have the 2nd and 3rd best OLs...

I just counted up hofers, all pro's and pro bowls for the three best o-lines in the draft.

I accidentally erased it and dont feel like doing it again but I think it was as follows.

UK - 3 HOFers - 51 pro bowl appearances - 21 all pros
WLK - 2 HOFers (Thomas is a lock) - 38 pro bowl appearances - 21 all pros
Nos - 4 HOFers - 44 pro bowl appearances - 16 all pros

Now this actually proves nothing because length of career would simply inflate the stats for some compared to players who didn't play forever and UK you were able to use a LT as your RT so that increases your numbers as well.

What does it mean to me? Nothing, all three teams had great offensive lines.

I was able to use a LT as RT because he played a full season and a half at RT, well within the rules.
Bottom line

LT - 1 Munoz 2 Thomas 3 Webb
LG - 1 Hannah 2 Brown/Faneca
C - 1 Matthews/Webster 3 Fredrick
RG - 1 Allen 2 Shields 3 Waters
RT - 1 Roaf 2 EWilliams 3 Slater

I didn't say it wasn't within the rules but if you had to pick a player who played RT his entire career it would have affected your numbers. Your numbers are inflated because you were able to use a LT as your RT that's all. You used the rule to your advantage, nice job...

I slightly disagree with your rankings.

LG - 1. Hannah 2. Faneca 3. Brown : Brown is not = to Faneca, Faneca 6X first team All Pro - Brown 0 Faneca will also be a HOFer someday, Brown probably not.

RT - 1. Roaf 2. Slater 3. Williams : No way Williams is better than Slater. Slater was inducted into the HOF in his first year of eligibility and Williams will probably never get a single vote.

Let me ask you this. If all three lines combined, and you put the 5 best guys on the field, the starters would be Munoz, Allen, Matthews, Hannah and Roaf..yes or no?

I believe the best two centers of all time are Jim Otto and Mike Webster so no...

Webster as a C > Matthews as a C

As a C I’d go Webster... as a RT I’d go Thomas but I have him at LT so doesn’t really count I guess... as an individual talent I’d agree to most of the conversation...
