The Phils need to play .437 ball (7-9) to avoid the hated Benjamin. The trouble is, this team is doing .285 in September (4-10) and that means barely 5 wins. We'll be solid winners of the #1 draft pick. You can't beat that!

Game 3: Asher, 23, RH, 0-3, 10.67 vs Gonzalez, 29, LH, 10-7, 3.88. The Cubs blew Asher out after 5 innings last week after giving up 6 ER. Asher's got the size at 6'4, 220 but will be raw into next year. In his 3 starts after call up, it's 17 runs in 14 innings. The Phils beat Gonzalez in April 4-1 then lost to him by the same score in May. Nats by 5 runs.
