Who cares anymore? The head case quitter is gone. Good luck in Denver!
While I understand your sentiment regarding a former player...the management and handling of concussions within the NFL and our Front Office remains an important issue.

The NFL:

1.The league and its ownership wants products that are functional.
2. The league and its ownership care only to the extent that it helps them.
3. The league and its ownership expect loyalty, from the players, fans, and community however far that extends.
4. The league will provide limited help for its players and that limitation is granted in ways that supports their bottom line.

Personal Responsibility:

1. Individual players are required to assure peak physical conditioning.
2. Individual players are not required to assure peak psychological health because it does not exist as indicated by poor wonderlic scores and a toothless concussion protocol. (iimPACT Testing)
3. Personal responsibility is limited to whats mandated by the league, its ownership group and blindly loyal fan bases.
4. Players will be held personally responsible for issues related to head trauma, in which the NFL, its ownership group and communities that potentially lose profit/ wins because of his/their absences.

Fan Support:

1. Give us your money
2. Your opinions don't count, unles it effects our bottom line.
3. Use us as a means to escape from everyday issues, if you don't care that we're profiting off of you during this time, neither do we.

Oh hell...looks like this might be heading to the "Off Topic" thread.

Agreed on the concussion point and as we can all see, the league is making strides to try and remove some of the head injuries by implementing new contact rules. They still have a ways to go imo. As for Cravens, no sense in even mentioning him as he no longer plays here.

sewer cravens issue with concussions are valid . my wife is going through hell with 2 concussions in the past 2 years so some of that is believable

but what he did and how he did it is garbage in my opinion

truth is maybe he should have stayed retired and gave the money back in bonuses. if i am the broncos i wouldnt trust him much at all

Good Lord. That is a novel. No way I am going to read all of that. I will just say Good Luck to Cravens - beyond that I don't a crap about him since he is on another team.
