We have a history of losing the 3rd quarter and blowing 20 plus point leads. It happens to everyone, but happens to us more than most.

I don't remember us losing another game where we had a 20+ point lead this season. I may be wrong but doubt it.

As for our 3rd quarter struggles. Yeah we struggle in the 3rd but getting outscored by 20? How often has that happened? Need to forget about it and focus on Charlotte

We still finished 3 of 15 in the East, without Bosh since the AS break.
No way we could have finished any higher.
We did blow a big lead vs Cats last month.
Hopefully that lingers.
I love our chances.

My biggest complaint with Spo since he has been with the Heat has always been his rotations and halftime adjustments. Tonight showed both those faults precisely.

Good thing is with Big AL being on Charlotte, there's very little chance we see McBum. Amare and UD will back up Hassan

Same here. I think we win in 6. And honestly if we win the first 2 at home, we likely win in 5

We were up by 22.
There was no rotation or adjustment that was needed.
We scored 5 points in 12 minutes.
That's on the players, not any coach.

Yeah I'm not the biggest Spo fan but you can't blame any coach for this. We couldn't throw it in the Atlantic Ocean and our guards did a terrible job of getting back on defense which gave them 14 3rd quarter fast break times to get them in the game

Any time the Heat are losing or lose the idiot always mentions the same tired crap as I mentioned earlier. Crying about " rotations" and " lack of adjustments" always finding ways to blame Spo. I think he hates Spo because Spo is banging his mom and won't acknowledge him.

Any time the Heat lose or are losing you can beat the house these are the excuses he is going to come up with - he is incapable of analyzing the game and looking at the other reasons the Heat loss -- especially if Wade has a lot to do with why the Heat lost

Pay no mind to him

I still don't think McBob should be in any meaningful rotation at this point.
He doesn't even want to shoot and opponents know it.

There is always one guy on a team people don't want to see play until its all we got. Lets hope it doesn't come down to that. I will keep the faith with him and say he will come through for us in the playoffs in some way.

The playoffs is about the intangibles and doing the little things.

I respectfully disagree and call bullshit. The Celtics adjusted and played more physical and we became a jump shooting team. 8 3 point shots, 7 jump shots 15 feet or more, McRoberts with 3 more shots than Whiteside's one shot and McRoberts played more than Hassan.

Why not use those damn timeouts to run plays inside? Why not run some plays to your best percentage shooting player or why not put Amare in to get some pick and rolls. Poor shooting, but really bad coaching to allow what happened to happen.

I will agree with Paula and time to move on and see what happens. These three teams match up well versus Heat....

He called several timeouts and you or I have no idea what was said, but I'm assuming he wasn't encouraging them to continue to do what they were doing wrong.
Yet, they kept playing the same way.
I think it was a combination of complacency and exhaustion.
But, you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

I disagree. I actually think the only team of 3 who match up well with Miami is Boston. I feel like we match up very well with Charlotte and Atlanta

Well, we were swept by Boston, we went 2-2 versus Charlotte and did go 3-1 versus Atlanta but we caught them while they were stuggling for a couple of our victories. Will be tough regardless but it is the playoffs. Will be fun.

I too agree on the scenario that if we take the first two games , we win in 5 at worst
