According to one recruit, there is at least one significant name that will be on that list. Rashean Lynn, a wide receiver from Cocoa, Fla., told Rivals.com’s Keenan Cummings that current Troy defensive coordinator Vic Koenning extended him a scholarship offer to West Virginia.
