Feel free to add any of your own, including in the playoffs. The Chiefs still need to add highlights in the playoffs!

I think the ratio of tough(er) TD throws versus receivers doing all the work is highest this year versus the last three. I counted 4-5 thrown TDs that weren't the norm for Smith this year. Some TDs are bound to be simple or the receiver's work, but this year, there were a few tighter window throws.

With the latest Demetrius Harris extension, TE looks to be completely off the Chiefs' draft board right now.

Seems like a by product of not having a 3rd round pick and a gap in CB talent.

well day 2 was kinda interesting. near as I can tell we went DT to rotate Dontari Poe better. did get CB with our 2rd pick. not sure about him but imo darn near anything is an improvement over Sean Smith...

Chris Jones is a 3-4 DE best I can tell. Perfect size for it. He is a top 15 talent but the knock on him is that he 'didn't always bring it' but he is a steal where the Chiefs got him if he lives up to his talent level. More of a DeVito replacement than a Poe replacement.

Here is Chris Jones against the top RB in college football

Here is Chris Jones against a typical college team

He is potentially a monster. I haven't seen the CB from Notre Dame play yet but he is supposed to be a great talent that has a bunch of off the field issues and dropped because of it. Also supposed to play aggressive.

Smith got smacked in the head on a late slide and Foles came in for a quarter. Did bad, but the Colts were worse so it worked. Offense didn't do much when Alex came in until Gaines got his first INT of his career with about 50 seconds left; which Smith then threw a TD to Maclin. 17-7 right now Chiefs.

That is a weird half.

Theoretically the Chiefs match up well with QBs like Luck who puts the ball in play. As long as they dont have half of the team carted off the field like in the playoffs a few years back.
