Seeing he doesn't get paid till week one, I would say this is fake news. Also, paying $6,765 for child support is ridiculous. That is $81,180 a year.

And by the way, why is she pressing charges to have him thrown in jail? He can't make money there. Even assuming that she spends 50% of it on the kid (which is a massive stretch), she is going to lose all that if he does any jail time.

DHS don't play. Did you know you can't get a passport which falls under control of the Department of State if you owe back child support? The DoS will say they don't care what receipts you want to show... if DHS doesn't clear you, too bad no passport for you.

Taking him to court is likely her only option at this point. Not saying I agree or disagree with that decision. Regardless, if he gets incarcerated she'd be mortgaging the future but not the present. Depending on what he currently owes in back child support the judge could order all his assets sold and the amount owed given to her/ the child.

Why does it need to be overhauled? Not saying you’re wrong. 6,000 a month seems reasonable when you’re a multi millionaire. Kids need to have somewhat equal homes growing up. Can’t have one parent in Beverly Hills and one in Compton.
