Why does it need to be overhauled? Not saying you’re wrong. 6,000 a month seems reasonable when you’re a multi millionaire. Kids need to have somewhat equal homes growing up. Can’t have one parent in Beverly Hills and one in Compton.

Did you read the article? Gordon can't get outta his own way but it says he has a court order to pay $6,765 by August 1. He doesn't get his 1st paycheck until September. There's no defending any of his actions though because he's an idiot.

There are a lot of better ways to get him to pay like putting a lien on property he owns (car, house, etc.). Putting him in jail only decreases his ability to make future child support payments. Either way you look at it putting him in jail doesn't help the child or the mother, it only punishes Josh.

I don't know, maybe I am thinking about this the wrong way, but this chick gets paid more money than I do working my full time job, basically because she fucked a rich guy one time? Sure, that sounds fair to me...

Perhaps, but every case is different. I agree with you when looking at a married couple with kids that lived together and then split up. But What is the situation here? Is that it? Or did he just get her pregnant? Not that it would be the kids fault, but he shouldn't be putting her and her other kids and perhaps even husband/boyfriend up in a neighborhood similar to his should he? I don't know the facts to take a side. I'm assuming you do based on your comment so I'm asking

Me too. I alway made sure to “pack the plastic” cause I wasnt going to get into that predicament. Got lucky and have an incredible wife who is super cool, my best friend and never nags... just a little lazy though Oh... and her shoe collection is obscene.
