My guess Skins new Stadium will be built in Virginia
maybe if it is down by Norfolk...but not near DCMy guess Skins new Stadium will be built in Virginia
There are posters here who would be elated if they moved as far away as Norfolk. Washington would no longer have a team, the league would necessarily not leave the 9th biggest TV market bare for long. So, why is this important to posters here? Well, Snyder would be deep into Virginia, the new Washington team would be approved, and here's the kicker, with new ownership!! OIh, happy day!!maybe if it is down by Norfolk...but not near DC
it gets them out from having to compete with the Ravens for fans...There are posters here who would be elated if they moved as far away as Norfolk. First of all, they don't compete for fans with Baltimore, I have very serious questions about needing a passport to get in and out of Ravens City.it gets them out from having to compete with the Ravens for fans...
I live in MD and was talking to a Washington fan buddy on Sunday about it...I don't think he would follow them as a fan anymore if they moved to VA...but I could be wrong
The old RFK site and rebuilding children's island is the best option.I keep hearing Dulles or Woodbridge. Woodbridge would be a terrible location. Thinking about moving back in a year or two. I'm still hoping for the RFK site.
I think the only "good" site to put it is on the old Oxon Run site across the Beltway from the casino. This site they could shoot views just up the river to DC. Traffic would be ugly but it will be ugly any where you put the stadium.I keep hearing Dulles or Woodbridge. Woodbridge would be a terrible location. Thinking about moving back in a year or two. I'm still hoping for the RFK site.
