I saw the game, last night. I was very impressed with his 35-yard run, which he got injured on. Not to mention, got called back because of holding. I saw him out of the game and was worried. Then, when this morning, he was listed with a sprained MCL. Then, my B/R app came up and saw the updated news. I was heartbroken. Still am. I had, such high hopes for him in this coming season. Now, he's out for the season. Well, next man up. Looks like another Samaje Perine-Chris Thompson-Rob Kelley committee. I was impressed with Samaje Perine's runs, last night. He looked leaner and made some good runs. So much for the rumors of him being traded. I wasn't ready to give up on him, anyhow. I was high on him, last year, as I was high on Guice, this year. That's one started down. For the love of God, we don't need anymore.

To me, Guice was the cure for the inept running game last year. I am heartbroken for this team, for his lost year 1 opportunity, and I hope he doesn't get down on himself too hard. Guice has an infectious personality, and IMO he was already a fan favorite.

Seriously, I just dont know how the Redskins can bounce back from his loss. I'm already 50% more disinterested in this team to start... and were it not for the great job the Skins did in drafting the last few years, I would be packing it in.

Here's to hoping Gruden can keep this team in the right direction.
