Be very careful about that type of philosophy. That thought process is basically what led them to hire Shanahan & overall it did not turn out well. Forget the idea about an all star coaching staff - that is Snyder type thinking. Just do what is best to have a decent coaching staff and good young talent that also has a decent attitude.

Overall our defense is currently ranked 11th in yards and 20th in total points.

The offense is 10th in yards and 25th in total points scored.

Record wise, we should be better situated than we are. But as far as yesterday, short of pitching a shutout the defense couldnt have played much better.
