Side A and I’m no Hyde fan, but would not think twice about the choice.

I think I could potentially get bear pretty bad in this deal if cleveland drafts Barkley and dez goes somewhere like green bay but I'm a huge hyde fan and I like fullers speed cause it could mean a long TD at anytime

Value-wise I think it is close. But it is the classic, "Are you in a position to win now?" question. If you are, you probably want B, unless Miami drafts a RB early. If not, you probably want Fuller and can afford to see if Hyde is used in Cleveland or maybe trade him to the Barkley owner for something useful.
