Gophers favored by 36.5 for Jerry Kill's return to MN, a stadium he said he'd never step foot in again

Fun fact, Gophers are 2-1 vs NMSU, the only lossing coming in Jerry Kill's first year as gopher head coach. I was at the game, it was hard to watch, not only for product on field but with few minutes left in the 4th, Kill had a seizure on sideline

The score is either going to be by a much closer margin, as Fleck often tries to play as vanilla of an offense as possible in ooc games, or UMn's 2nd stringers could be skilled enough to run up the score that much or even more? NMSU struggled against Nevada, and with a short week to practice, this could be a total blowout. I almost feel sorry for Jerry Kill.

38-0? Seems they covered the spread. Poor Jerry Kill, he was the coach the only time NMSU beat the Gophers, now this game shows how far the Gophers have improved since then and how much NMSU has declined.
