I'm not, I lived on Johns Island during the early 2000's for 6-7 years. This was two summers ago when I was back visiting some friends. He doesn't do charters, said it was to much of a headache. Helluva boat though.

Do pickled eggs count?

You know, the ones that have been behind the bar since you started going there...

God, I haven't had one of those since....well, since I quit drinking.

Had some rare ahi on the cruise last week. Got a touch of food poisoning. Could have been anything, I suppose, but I'm going with the fish.

I've done oysters before and not bad, but I actually like the taste better cooked. I've done lots of eggs raw in morning shakes..

Honestly that's about it. I lived in Japan for a few years and just liked their cooked seafood's more than the sushi's.

Only other thing I will get close to, is I like a very bloody steak/prime rib cut.

ANY and all Sashimi... Here's a plate that I ordered from a sushi restaurant a few weeks ago (my wife's chicken plate in the back lol):

I could eat this every day for the rest of my life

Ceviche is something I always crave when its blistering hot outside.

Also, I really like raw bay scallops that look exactly like a mini marshmallow. They are sweet also. More sweet than the typical sea scallop.

I love scallops of all sizes, but yes those tiny ones go perfect in a ceviche since those juices can penetrate them nicely to "cook" them and yet keep them tender...

OMG what a beautiful Tuna!!! How many pounds? :suds:
Dressed 640lbs and good enough to make it to Japan so I'll get a little paycheck. That was the tail meat on that plate. Not an ideal cut, but still some of the best sashimi I've ever tasted.

And thank you:suds:

Oysters is number one on my list.

Nothing wrong with that!!! There are so many different types of Oysters and they all taste so different, in a way, you just HAVE to love them :suds:
