This is why I’m bummed we got rid of Talib. Our secondary went from being damn near impenetrable to suspect. We shut down the best of the best as far as elite passing games. Now yes, an improved pass rush will help, but our secondary was truly a “no fly zone “.

We are all bummed that we let go of Talib. It was a business move. Came down to money. Had to do what we had to do. Time to move on and look forward not back. Talib did a lot for us here. Appreciate the memories we have with him.

I could see them moving on next year, for sure. Much will depend on what happens this year though but it's pretty clear that we'll be entering a new era of Broncos wide-outs soon.

I can understand why people might think it could be the last year for at least one of our WR's but I do not feel that way. I think you will see a pretty steady WR core the next two years with DT and Sanders being part of that unless something changes this year with an injury status or a decline in play. I expect both DT and Sanders to have similar numbers this year to the pre Siemian days. They both have a lot left in the tank.

Sanders in the slot is generating the most buzz. He is having the best camp of any Bronco.
Was not thrilled with playing the slot but he is rejuvenated with Case at the helm.

The first team offense needs to come out Saturday and do something about the great Vikings D. They need to get the stench of the last 2 years out of the room.

Max Garcia (and to a lesser extent Menelik Watson) piss me off to no end when I look at the depth chart. Garcia is just stealing reps from other guys who might work out.

By all predictors, Sanders might have his best season ever. The guy has been laser focused in the off-season and in camp. I hope he moves into the slot with a lot of frequency and tears it up. In three wide sets, having him inside with DT and Sutton on the outside gives Keenum a lot of great options to really push the ball down the field. I've always appreciated Sanders' fearlessness.
