Ok, I don't even know what that is suppose to be.
It's meringue on the bottom. Topped with whip cream and then smothered in fresh berries (kiwi, strawberries and blueberries bing the most traditional)

It's an Aussie/NZ dessert

While I love just about all desserts, I'm gonna have to go with ice cream as my favorite with chocolate in it as the base ice cream (rocky road) or as a mixin/flavor (cookies 'n cream).

Tofu...well looking at that pic, I can see wondering what it was :)

For the record tofu as dessert...blech :puke:

Now this is really tough...I am going to have to go with blueberry pie. Can't go wrong.

I'm really partial to fruit crisps. I like the crumble approach over the pie shell myself. All fruit and dessert is good in my book.

There is a Filipino dessert/sweet food called "taho" that has tofu in it. Pretty yummy, but then again it's basically sugar water. I think the same basic dish is common in other Asian cultures, but I don't know what they're called. There are also some interesting recipes out there that use tofu to create a mousse-like texture. TBH I haven't tried them so can't give a real review, but I know tofu is mild enough in flavor that the chocolate probably overpowers it.

Strawberry shortcake is the classic, but I personally love fresh strawberries over angel food cake.

But I like most simple desserts. Not a big fan of chocolate as the main flavor/ingredient, but a little chocolate as a highlight is alright with me. (For instance vanilla ice cream with hot fudge topping = good. Chocolate ice cream = too much for me.)

I do like those cream pie things that have like chocolate pudding topped with like a whipped cream and then shavings of chocolate on top. I don't know what they're called, everyone has fancy names for them instead of just calling it a chocolate cream pie. There's also a bunch of variations of them too. I'll sometimes get it if I look at a dessert cart and see it, or see it pictured on a menu. Otherwise I wouldn't ever order one because there's too much variation, and I don't like really rich desserts.

Speaking of really rich desserts, I can't even eat a cheesecake slice the size of my pinky finger. Maybe I'll have a small bite of so e body else's when they insist I try it. Even then it's too much for me. I don't know how some people eat those types of things. Tira miso is the same way. Just way too much for me.

Apple pie or Peach Cobbler, warm, both with vanilla ice cream and a glass of milk.
