Other than some of the obvious ones, who will be some good guys that you can count on fantasy-wise for stealing bases? And how well will Manuel Margot do with stolen bases? I was looking for a base stealer and just drafted him.

Yep, Margot's a good choice, especially considering his environment; however, he's still unproven (read: prospect) when you get down to it.
