Seeing Saltalamacchia in the batter's box taking the worst hacks I have ever seen has definitely made our team way worse. I was never really a Miggy fan, but what I wouldn't give to have him back.

Nothing special about this series...Let's hope Bradley can put it back together tonight.

Yep, O'Brien let it be known that he wants to play OF full time now. Which in my opinion, is the right move. The guy can rake & should be up in July some time.

As for Salty, he has performed pretty much as I expected. If he doesn't pick it up soon, I can see him released as soon as Hernandez is ready to go. Although we have no idea if Hernandez can hit, he ought to be able to perform as well as Salty has but with stellar defense behind the plate.

We are pretty much fucked for catching talent. I am imagine when trading season opens up & Trumbo/Hill/Peralta/Perez/Starting Pitching are on the the market, a catcher will be among the returns.

Matt Wieters is the only good catcher who is going to be a FA after the season. And it's more likely than not, that Baltimore locks him up to a long term deal. Even if he becomes a FA, he is a Boras client & will look to break the bank.

I really like Pollocks game. Tomas is hitting quite well but I'm curious as to when the slugging will come. He's certainly proved he can hit singles. Now let's see some doubles and homers. Cmon Yasmany you're a big boy!

Once again, it was the offense that won them this game. It looks like RDLR is regressing. Untill we gett steady contributions from the rotation, we are going to struggle to ever be more than a .500 or sub .500 team.

Bradley might have to be sent sown for a bit. Maybe it's time to give Blair a taste till Corbin is ready or Bradley gets his mojo back.

Bradley was put on the DL today with shoulder tightness. Ray will take his spot in the rotation. Ray is going to start tonight, pushing back Hellickson & Anderson a day.
