Chicken Breasts

Settle down I know I said Breasts please be adult...lol

So a great friend of mine hooked me up with 40 pounds of full chicken breasts. No hormones and no injections.

I cut then in half to manage the amount per meal. Basically 1 half handled everyone including me.

The recipe for cooking is so simple it is brilliant.

Bone side down wrap half chicken breast and add your herbs on top. I happen to love garlic herbs so I used that. Let them sit for about 20-30 mins and then smoother with Sweet Babys rays BBQ sauce. Wrap tightly with foil and on medium coals cook for 30 mines Bone side down.

I happen to got very lucky and got the first fresh cut of corn on the cob today so I basically did the same thing but melted butter and slopped all over the ears...sprinkled on some garlic herbs and wrapped in foil and cooked for about 30 mins on the outside away from direct heat.

Fucking yummy as hell.

Marinate in olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cilantro, parsley and garlic. Grill and serve with rice or cubed to make chicken tacos.
