I changed a few players that were on the bench to live since my players were injured. Need another F but it won't change until the 19th.. so it appears I'm screwed this week

Got it. Issue seems to be that there only 3 forwards starting.

Lineup consist of 4 G, 4 F, 1 C, and 1 flex.

Your lineup is missing the 4th F so whenever you can, try and make that change prior to the next set of games
