I'm not high on Webb.... never have been. Watched him through college. He wasn't elite playing against small school talent. I had said that after the draft.

And then I had just read on the cowboys website.... Was asked in the mailbag questions if they expect all of our draft picks to make the active roster.
Webb was the only one that was listed that might not.

Carter and Lee have neither played a full season yet. If one or both do...... I'm sticking with one of those guys.

I think Wilcox has potential out the ass. Plus he plays special teams.
That's the kid I wanna see the most in preseason

Seems like everything I read on defense they keep bringing up Wilcox. Don't know if this is just fluff being offseason optimism or for real, but if what I continue to read about how surprising he is. I would have to pick Wilcox. When he was drafted they talked about him being a year or two out. Now they are wondering if they could even get him off the field. meaning he might make the week 1 starter. that would be a pleasant surprise for me.

His downside is going to be reading plays. He only played safety for one year in his life.

growing pains are expected with only a 1 year resume but if the kid is that good he will be a success and it looks like he has the drive to succeed
