2 pitches in an inning.
With the new minor league rule where the hitting team starts each extra inning with a runner on second, it made the 2 pitch inning possible. First pitch was a lineout double play. Second pitch was a lineout to end the inning.
With the intentional walk now not requiring any pitches, this is also possible in the Majors, but we'd probably need another Barry Bonds type who is gonna be intentionally walked even with the bases empty. And the the intentional walk rule, and the runner placed on second in extras rule in the minors, it's possible to have a one pitch inning if the first batter faced is intentionally walked, and the next hits into a triple play.
