I know for me, i have hockey at least once a week on sundays/mondays/wednesdays... i dont yet know the summer schedule... so i can not give an actual date for me to be around on one of those days... and the playoffs for the spring season start in like 3 weeks, so i dont know when i will be playing(if i will be playing)...

so i cant even give a potential sunday for me to be around...

i think a slow draft is probably best for all... Even if i am saying that with entire selfish reasons...

Fantrax does slow drafts well, and what i would do, is make it an 8 hr limit and have the draft sleep from 12:00 AM eastern to 7:00 AM eastern...

Yes,Live draft is ahead!
Just remember 20 frigging rounds, 240 picks. As our other slow draft have shown, with the different work schedules, times zones and what not, It’s hard to get a round per day in per day. Or we could knock it out in a day.
Vote LIVE DRAFT!

:omg: Your right, it’s worse then I thought. Just think if even two posters have time conflicts per round, it might take two days or more to get through a round. 20 rounds.....

With this many rounds even a live draft draft should be split up between two days. With a two minute clock one round could take close to a half a hour. So 10 rounds one day (= maybe 5 hours, but hopefully only 3 or 3.5) Then a second day for the other ten.
Geez trying to do this with a slow draft boogies my mind on the length of time needed to finish a draft. Even using Monkeys way more reasonable 4 hour window ( vs Milk 8 hour window) I bet the average time per pick would be a couple of hours and the deeper into the draft the longer the average time per pick.
Do the math and then vote live draft.
